What we allow for in this quote

  • We allow for 6 hours worth of filling for one tradesperson on the walls, anymore than this you will need to refer to your builder on the finish of the plaster work.
  • 1 coat of oil based sealer for hard set plaster or 1 coat of acrylic based sealer for Gyprock walls.
  • 2 coats of premium grade lo-sheen or matt acrylic
  • All filling to be carried out once the lights have been fitted and working.
  • All walls will be finished as per the painters registration board of WA’s recommendations. Acceptance of finish is from a distance of 1.5 meters in normal lighting conditions.
  • A 10 year warranty on all workmanship and materials
  • Work to be completed with NO other trades present.

What we don't allow for in this quote

  • We do not allow for the gapping of any skirtings as this should have been done your builder's painter.
  • We do not allow for the gapping of cornice as this should have been done by the builder's painter.
  • We do not walk round with a light whilst filling.
